01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1xtbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online sports betting and casino gaming services available at https://1xtbet.cam (the "Website").

1xtbet provides an online platform offering sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events — alongside live-dealer casino games, slot categories, crash titles and instant-win games. The Platform is operated for entertainment purposes and is accessible internationally, subject to applicable local law.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

02 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

03 Account Eligibility

To register for and maintain an active account on 1xtbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, at the time of registration.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be registering for personal, recreational use only. Corporate registrations or accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted without prior written authorisation from 1xtbet.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of any employee of 1xtbet or any associated company.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have an existing active account on the Platform. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account at any time. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and any associated Funds may be forfeited.

1xtbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified.

04 Account Registration & KYC

To create an account on 1xtbet, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current registration information. You agree to keep this information updated throughout the life of your account. Providing false, misleading or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document — such as a Pakistan Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or current passport;
• Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, dated within the last three (3) months;
• A selfie or liveness verification image confirming that you match the submitted identity document;
• Evidence of the payment method used for deposits, where required for withdrawal processing.

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure, HTTPS-encrypted verification portal. Do not send sensitive identity documents via unencrypted messaging services, social media, or unsecured email channels. You must never alter, obscure, crop, or otherwise falsify any document submitted for verification purposes. Doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Certain account functions — including withdrawals above specified thresholds — may remain restricted until KYC verification is completed to the Platform's satisfaction.

05 Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended recreational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that:

• You will access the Platform only from jurisdictions where your use of it is permitted under applicable local law;
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers or similar mechanisms to access, interact with or extract data from the Platform without explicit written permission;
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security, geo-restriction or age-verification measure employed by the Platform;
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or the financing of prohibited activities;
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party;
• You accept that all bets placed through your account are your personal, voluntary decisions and that you bear full responsibility for their financial outcomes.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause temporary service disruption.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the Platform. Sport-specific rules, market-specific conditions and event-specific rules are available within the relevant market pages and supplement these general rules:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is deemed accepted only when a confirmation is displayed on-screen and recorded in your account bet history. Pre-match and in-play markets may have different cut-off times. Bets placed after market closure will be void.
• In-Play Betting: In-play odds are updated in real time. During live cricket matches — including PSL fixtures and ICC tournament games — brief suspension of markets may occur at critical moments (e.g., between deliveries or at the fall of a wicket). Bets accepted during suspension periods will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set per market and displayed at the time of bet placement. These thresholds are expressed in PKR where a PKR-denominated account is held. The Platform reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; a pricing error occurred due to a manifest technical fault; or the bet was accepted in breach of these Terms.
• Results & Settlements: All results are settled according to official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the ICC for international cricket, the PCB for PSL). The Platform's decision on the application of these rules to any specific market is final.
• Accumulator Bets: In accumulator or parlay bets, all selections must win for the bet to return a profit. One void selection in a multiple reduces the accumulator by that leg; the remaining selections remain active.

07 Bonus & Promotions

1xtbet may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback awards and other incentives ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible registered Users who have completed the minimum requirements of the relevant promotion. Bonus eligibility may be linked to account status, verification level or deposit method.
• Each eligible User may claim each specific Bonus only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same Bonus through multiple accounts, devices or payment methods constitutes abuse and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Wagering Requirements: Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a specified multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be turned over in qualifying bets before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements are real and non-negotiable; failure to meet them within the stated time window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Bonuses credited to an account may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 1xtbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any Bonus at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable. This does not affect Bonuses already in active use by Users who have already commenced wagering requirements.
• The Platform's decisions regarding Bonus eligibility, qualifying contributions and settlement of promotional bets are final.

08 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following conditions govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds on the Platform:

• Accepted Payment Methods: Deposits and withdrawals may be processed via the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page. Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as contextual options for Pakistani players. These payment provider names do not imply that those institutions endorse, facilitate or support gambling activities.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change. Amounts are referenced in PKR where applicable.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where the payment method supports withdrawals. Processing times vary by method and may range from a few hours to several business days.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per rolling period. These limits are displayed in the cashier. The Platform reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Currency: All account balances and transactions will be processed in the currency of the account. PKR-denominated accounts will display and process all amounts in Pakistani Rupees.
• No Money Laundering: Funds on the Platform must originate from legitimate personal sources. The Platform operates AML (Anti-Money Laundering) controls and may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawal requests above defined thresholds. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

09 Responsible Gambling

1xtbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be treated as a form of adult entertainment and never as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a defined cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each playing session. You will be notified as you approach your limit.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and prevents account access for the duration selected.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during play reminding you of the time elapsed in your current session.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and legal action where appropriate:

• Creating more than one registered account (duplicate or multi-accounting);
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulently obtained documentation during registration or KYC;
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing glitches or bugs to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that breach the Platform's terms or fair-use policies;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in any Casino game or betting market;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without authorisation;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform to transfer proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Abusing Bonus or promotional offers, including any form of Bonus-stacking, systematic withdrawal of Bonus funds before wagering requirements are met, or exploitation of promotional overlaps.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1xtbet and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to financial losses on bets placed, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of goodwill.

The Platform is provided "as is". We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy of odds, the continuity of service, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. While we take reasonable technical measures to ensure uptime and security, we cannot guarantee the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions or malicious intrusion by third parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game content and data — is owned by or licensed to 1xtbet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Use any 1xtbet trade marks, logos or branding in any manner that could imply association, endorsement or partnership without explicit written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software element of the Platform.

13 Amendments

1xtbet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will publish a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We may, where practicable, notify registered Users of significant changes via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact our support team.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated and licensed. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

1xtbet operates under applicable international online gaming licensing frameworks. The Platform does not claim authorisation, licensing or approval from the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial Pakistani authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Pakistani users access the Platform entirely at their own risk and must satisfy themselves as to the legality of doing so under applicable local law. This is not legal advice.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Platform shall be referred in the first instance to the Platform's dispute resolution process as described in the Help Center. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, it shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable governing jurisdiction.
